I have created a basket of parts to order, proceeded through to checkout and payment method. However, when I click "Add to Credit Account" or "Submit Card Details" the site does nothing. Why is this?

Once either of these buttons have been pressed you should be presented with a pop-up window containing our terms and conditions which you will need to accept before the order is processed. If you do not see this appear, you may have set up your Internet Explorer to prevent pop-up windows appearing. You will need to disable this function to access our terms and conditions window.

I have typed a Anixter Components ( formerly Heyco) part number into the Product Code search box, but the search does not return any results.  Why is this?

This could be for a number of reasons:

  • You have entered a special character in the part number; i. e.  340-1230 or 340.1234 instead of 3401234. 
  • The part has been discontinued.  To find out if this is the case, please contact our Sales Team who will help you select an alternative part. 
  • The code you are entering is not a Anixter Components ( formerly Heyco) part number.  To find out if this is the case, please contact our Sales Team to discuss your requirements.
